I charge 0.40/page for proofreading, $1.05/page for scoping without 100% audio (spot-checking), and $1.30/page for scoping with 100% audio. My normal page rate for transcription is $4.05/page. I am an AAERT certified transcriptionist. When I proof, I print it out, proof it, scan the pages with corrections as a PDF, and E-mail the PDF to you. If I make the corrections in the file directly, that's 0.45/page.
I am a court-reporting student. I have been transcribing since 2003 and scoping and proofreading other people's work since 2007. I try to be as thorough as I can, treating the transcript as if it's my own.
I also have a Spanish speaker available for Spanish-English/English-Spanish translation (not live interpreting). |
