The schools administer each students profile as well as review and approve each job they complete. The students receive actual payment for their work and earn while they learn!

Each completed work is publicly reviewed and rated by the buyer to help build the students credibility for when they graduate. Upon graduation the student keeps all of the reviews and begins their new profession with a complimentary public profile and professional email address.
