Description: Have a 4-day Daubert hearing w/expert witnesses starting tomorrow, Tue. 1-12-10. May require daily, but they won't let me know 'til after testimony. Federal Court daily means transcript has to be ready and filed by 9:00 a.m. the following morning. Never used a scopist, so technical assistance would be greatly appreciated as far as getting you transcript/audio file via internet. Must have prior Federal Court experience as to transcript format/style, etc. Email or call me with your qualifications, daily rates and previous experience. This job may not pan out if no testimony is ordered, but I need a commitment you will be on standby just in case they order. I will be in and out of court today, very busy right now. Thanks.
